LJ, please don't fail me
Sep. 1st, 2010 04:50 pmThis whole cross-posting thing to Twitter and Facebook is utter bollocks. If I want to pimp a story or pictures on Twitter, I will share the page. LJ is my safe haven. I have a group of friends, some I have gotten to meet in person, some I know their real names (gasp!), and some it doesn't matter. No one from anyplace I have worked is on LJ (except REALLY close friends like ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
knitchick1979 or chicago_girl_07), no one in my theatre company is on LJ, and no one from my University or family is on LJ. This is my place to vent, and unfortunately, be honest.
Get with the program LJ. I don't want to put my future career at risk, especially to people who only have a small percentage of the information. I, also, don't want to lose this family.
