Talking to some people online (you know who you are), and when I made them choke on somethings I have done in my past, I decided to post this, and tag people. I like finding out things about others, everyone has such an interesting story to share. So, under the cut is 5 Things You May (Or May Not Know) About Me and I want to find out five things about you! If I didn't tag you, you can still participate! Most of the pictures were taken with my camera phone, the quality is not the point, it's the seeing a bit of your life, something fun or different!

#1. Family is important to me. I am technically an only child, but my cousins are like my older and younger siblings. My family could be called a clan, and we even "adopt" people into the clan (lucky you when that happens!). Aunts, uncles, cousins, second and third cousins, grandparents, we are all close - thusly why a small family gatheirng is no less than 10-20 people, without the majority of the clan. This is some of the pictures I have, these ones in particular are on my computer desk at home, keeping them close. This also highlights how much I am into photography/am a photographer (the quality of the camera phone does not count!)

#2. This is MY helmet, from when I raced cars. I autocrossed, one season I came in fifth in my class. My favorite sections of the track are slaloms and S-curves. I love the concentration needed for it, and the amazing things I could do with a full-sized sedan shocked my instructor in a good way. I have also driven ON the tracks at Blackhawk Farms Raceway and *ahem* Indianapolis Motor Speedway. I do miss racing, but having done it does affect how you drive everyday, and make you realize how big of an idiot some other drivers are.
(In case you wondered I also held a Regional Emergency Services license in SCCA)

#3. I am a Starbucks Coffee Master. I am one of the rare people who wear a black apron. And yes, you do have extra training, reading, and other fun things you have to do to become a Coffee Master, including a small seminar in front of other potential Coffee Masters, your regional director and a possibility of any number of store managers and assistant store managers. I am proud of this. And, in my mind, this makes me superior to Ianto (in the coffee making ability). Can he make super smooth SOY foam? Or differentiate between Komodo Draon Blend and French Roast by smell?

#4. Yes, I own a purple knitted Dalek. This was made for my last birthday by KnitDavros, or rather
knitchick1979. She is cute and cuddly, and the best icebreaker at conventions. I walked around with her at ACen and I had random people wanting to hug me because I had a knitted Dalek. Yesterday one of the Suicide Girls tracked me down because of Caty (yes, her name is Caty - for many reasons, including for Catherine Tate). I even had someone try jump out at me while walking around with Team Torchwood at Chicago Comic-Con and try and snag her. I think not! She is memorable,
pockychopstix had her pink Dalek (named Rose) and we split up for a bit and people kept coming up to us - "I swear I saw another one, how awesome!" Best icebreaker ever!

#5. I like to hang around with crazy people, including
knitchick1979 and
adistantshadow. I never said my friends were normal, I never said I was normal for that matter. "Crazy" is not a requirement, but you need to be bale to enjoy life. I am glad I have people in my life that do, and I am glad that because of things like livejournal I continue to find more of these awesome people!
So, that's a little bit about me, now, how about you?
