By Her Side
No one ever asked him what he thought. They did whatever they wanted, walking all over him: Gwen, Jack, bastard Torchwood. Yes, it was Gwen's decision, he had no say in the matter, and they made sure he didn't, dragging him in when it was too late to turn his back on the whole thing.
Like bloody hell he would ever turn his back on her. Gwen was his world, and because of her the world continued. He didn’t know what he had done in his life to be blessed with her, but he would always be by her side.
