The week thus far

Okay, odd little bits and whats-it whojits this week. The odd year continues.

CONS
- Almost didn't get my Womens Playwrights paper done in time. Kudos to temporal_witch for copy editing that baby with an hour to spare!
- Found out COBRA insurance through the Bux will be almost $400, which is way different than the $108 I was paying.
- Still need to do Unemployment. Apparently the State of Illinois' website requires a Windows PC only (I have a MAC). Now that finals are almost over, I can finally kick someone off the computer at school.
- I have been really tired lately, but I am trying to not get depressed again - that's iffy at times.
- Worried about my friends like dr_is_in, especially when I can't do that much for them.
- Freaked out that ACen is next week, and feel like I have nothing ready.
- Dad is going for an angiogram.
- TARDIS Big Bang is coming up and I have not heard yay or nay from the person who said they would beta it. That is making me very worried.
- I need to finish my NaNoWriMo story and NEED someone to edit it so I can put in for the proofed copy I get!

PROS
- I was able to write a funny drabble. It made me feel good.
- Excited that I can finish the NaNoWriMo story whic is a novelization of a script I know erin_giles, knitchick1979, chicago_girl07, and [Bad username or site: xenutia! @ livejournal.com] have seen and hopefully has potential so I can submit it for a new series. **fingers crossed**
- I have photo plans for ACen, including some more Chicks Dig Timelords ones.
- I am really excited about Acen and excited about seeing alycorn and booksavvy again! YEAH!!!
- I lost two pounds from last week.
- I came up with our new team name for the American Cancer Society Relay For Life.
- I have written what should be the last paper I w ill ever write as an undergrad.
- I am working as AD on Noel Coward's Hay Fever and I am EXCITED about the cast we have!
- I have a new phone! The last major purchase I will make in a while, but I got the Droid Incredible, and it has skype mobile! (carole926 on Skype - call me!)
- I want to write again, and actually feel like cleaning the house and getting stuff taken care of.
- Both body repairs from the two different accidents can be done at the SAME body shop! One less thing to do! Myfanwy will be a happy TARDIS again.

How is your week going? I miss my friends and I can now check in on you guys more. Tell me where I left off on your stories! I know I have to catch up on robling_t's Tin Man story and sassysailorgirl's Tremaire/Torchwood series. What else should I read?

I would love it if you could beta that. I have bits and pieces of all the girl's books right now, but Jillian;s is getting closer to being done. I was joking, but I think I need to create a cheat sheet for the Children.

I'll have to get back to you on Hannah--I have no idea what you're talking about in the e-mail with the tourist office being blown up in canon because the Graceverse timeline happens at the end of series one and ignores 2 and 3, so I have to do catching up and I don't have time for that until after the 15th when all my reel fics are done. Sorry!

Not a problem. I have not posted Chapter 6 yet, it is sitting with my beta. I was just going off some things we had discussed before. We can always talk about it. I just wanted you to be able to keep this story as canon. The only person who is completely safe and will not have a scratch on them no matter what happens is Rose. Great, now I have a hilarious picture in my head and no artist available.

That'd be pretty much all I've managed to post lately, since I'm still flailing away at my own TARDIS-BigBang story (which also could use a back-up beta, maybe a swap here...?) BTW, have managed to block out all 3 days of ACen as 'definitely not available' RE the census gig, so we're go for that, yay! I may be speaking in Gujarati tongues by then, but...

You may actually be in a happier place than I am right now, considering that one of my bigger problems is working out how it came about that I may need to slap a warning about wanking on this one and it's Rhys's fault... not to mention having to finish the damn scene to know how bad it's going to read RE said potential warning. It's always the quiet ones...

Work is the same ol' exhausting same ol' except we now have 60 kids in all.

Hubby is not doing so good. He went to the doctor because he burst a blood vessel in his eye and was getting odd bruses on his body. We are awaiting the results of the blood tests and I can tell you I am stressing heavy about it.
