Feb. 10th, 2010 04:57 amAs if 12.5 inches of snow in 24 hours (and still flurrying) wasn't enough, NOrthern Illinois had a 4.3 earthquake at 3:59am. No damage reports, but it rattled people. It was felt in Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Epicenter was near Sycamore, IL in DeKalb County.
